TEDPIX Trade Ends Lower

EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index lost 171.92 points or 0.16% on Monday to end trading at 108,658.9.

About 697 million shares valued at $60.77 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Tabriz Oil Refining Company was the biggest winner, as its shares went up 8.41% to 8,055 rials per share, according to Financial Tribune.

Alvand Tile Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies and went down 5% to 3,518 rials per share.

Mobarakeh Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Isfahan Oil Refining Company and Pars Petrochemical Company.

Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Tamin Petroleum and Petrochemical Investment Company and Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Complex.

The Price Index lost 50.42 points to close at 31,879.8.

The First Market Index was up 131.60 points to post 78,630.6. 

The Second Market Index shed 1,572.42 points to reach 223,176.6.

The Industry Index dropped 140.28 points to register 98,248.3. The Free Float Index was down 92.76 points to end at 117,774.14.

The TSE 30 gained 9.87 point to settle at 5,193.4 and the TSE 50 ended 2.42 points lower to finish at 4,602.8.

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX shed 3.22 points or 0.26% to close Monday trade at 1,219.12.

About 165.96 million securities valued at $29.75 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Day Bank had the highest number of traded shares, as 31.57 million of its shares changed hands.

Zagros Petrochemical Company registered the highest trade value, with the trading of shares worth $1.61 million.

Mihan Insurance, Chaharmahal Food Products and Sugar Company and Afranet Company registered the highest value increase.

KBC, Tadbirgaran-e Fars and Khuzestan, and Shahed Construction and Development Company suffered the biggest decline.

Arfa Steel Company, Hormozgan Steel Company and Atieh Dadeh Pardaz had the most negative impact on IFX.
