Real-time location-based services “delivered in a regular manner and in due time” have entered the operational phase all across the country, reported IKCO Press. Towing broken-down cars, doing minor paint jobs and automotive repairs are some of the services offered by IKCO through Iran’s Emdad Khodro. The company hopes that offering regular real-time location services will save customers considerable amounts of time and costs. The services will be provided by Emdad Khodro’s recovery operators, either at one’s workplace or by their house, upon calling the 096440 hotline. Depending on the terms of the car owners’ contract with IKCO, people can make use of the scheme. For instance, free vehicle recovery services are offered to brand new IKCO cars for several months, according to Financial Tribune.
