TEDPIX Loses 567 Points

EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index lost 567.23 points or 0.41% on Saturday to end trading at 136,343.4.

About 1.45 billion shares valued at $51.6 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Isfahan Cement Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies and went down 4.58% to 5,207 rials per share, according to Financial Tribune.

Beh Ceram Company was the biggest winner, as its shares went up 75.61% to 2,938 rials per share. 

Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by MAPNA Group and Tabriz Oil Refining Company.

Pars Petrochemical Company was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Mobarakeh Steel Company and Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company.

The Price Index lost 166.25 points to close at 39,974.5.

The First Market Index was down 480.58 points to post 100,323.4. 

The Second Market Index shed 829.14 points to reach 272,130.9.

The Industry Index gave up 652.09 points to register 125,107.9.

The Free Float Index was down 319.64 points to end at 144,379.47.

The TSE 30 lost 80.86 point to settle at 6,720.5 and the TSE 50 ended 39.15 points lower to finish at 5,925.1.

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX went down 8.21 points or 0.53% to close Saturday trade at 1,545.06.

About 816.79 million securities valued at $35.97 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company had the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 88.11 million of its shares worth $1.68 million were traded.

Rishmak Company, Iran Cultural Heritage and Omid Investment Company registered the highest value increase.

Shomalshargh Shahrood Industrial and Mining Company, Zagros Petrochemical Company and Yazd Alloy Steel Company suffered the biggest decline in value.

Zagros Petrochemical Company, Hormozgan Steel Company and Arfa Steel Company had the most negative impact on IFX.
