The first course, titled “International Trade Negotiations” and scheduled to run for a total of 16 hours, will begin on Jan. 10. Classes are going to be held from 3-7 p.m. Topics, including concept of negotiation, traits of a professional negotiator, different methods of negotiation, 10 characteristics of a well-prepared negotiation team, efficient negotiation factors and common mistakes, international negotiations and what to do after negotiations are over and contracts are signed, will be covered during the course scheduled to be held both online and in class, the news portal of TCCIM reported.
The second specialized course is titled "Planning and Preparing an International Contract" is scheduled to start on Jan 12. Classes will be held from 4-8 p.m. Topics to be covered during this course include contract negotiation principles, contractor characteristics, sales and purchase contracts, exclusive branch permit contacts, contract signing skills, methods of drafting collaboration contract, legal tips for devising contracts, different sections of a contract and the required terminology, contract drafting regulations and how to prepare oil, gas, transportation and different kinds of services contracts.
