Trading at TSE and junior exchange Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends Wednesday. About 3.08 billion shares worth 22.62 trillion rials ($94.28 million) changed hands at the TSE for the day.
Karafarin Bank was the biggest winner as its shares went up 5.32% to 2,770 rials per share. Pars National Agro-Industry and Animal Husbandry Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies and went down 2.99% to 156,150 rials per share.
Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company the most to the benchmark's fall, followed by Social Security Investment Company, Mobarakeh Steel Company and Chadormalu Mining And Industrial Company.
The National Iranian Copper Industries Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index followed by Ofogh Koorosh Chain Stores Company, Karafarin Bank and Dashtestan Cement Industries Company.
Iran Fara Bourse main index, IFX, lost 41.48 points or 0.23% to close Saturday trade at 17,687.02. About 504.56 million securities valued at 11.43 trillion rials ($47.64m) were traded at the junior exchange for the day.
Arya Sasol Polymer Company, Shahid Tondgooyan Petrochemical Company, Zagros Petrochemical Company and Esfahan Steel Company had the most negative impact on IFX.
Damavand Power Generation Company gave the biggest boost to the IFX, followed by Sarcheshmeh Copper Investment Company.
