About 48,259 permits were issued during the eighth Iranian month (Oct. 23-Nov. 21), registering a 16.2% increase month-on-month.
Topping the list of provinces with the highest number of business permits during the eight months were Tehran with 48,363, Khorasan Razavi with 32,365, Isfahan with 29,843, Mazandaran with 24,756 and Fars with 20,015.
Tehran also topped the list with the highest number of permits during the eighth Iranian month with 4,936 permits. It was followed by Khorasan Razavi with 3,724, Isfahan with 3,630, Mazandaran with 3,070 and Fars with 2,556 permits.
The number of permits stood at 665,607 in the last Iranian year (March 2020-21), indicating a 58% growth compared with the previous year.
The number of e-trust permits issued in the eight-month period registered a 10.2% increase to reach 22,825.
E-trust permits issued in the eighth fiscal month stood at 3,271 to register a 3.9% increase month-on-month.
In the last Iranian year, these permits increased by a whopping 150.8% to 33,044.
